3. Replacing Current UPS :
Normally UPS life lasts for 8 years, so eventually there will be a time facing replacing. Replacing your UPS may involve issues like re-evaluating site-acceptance, power expansion and any current problem. Here we have a simple FAQ for you:
3.1 Replacing UPS or Replacing Critical Parts

- If UPS is less than 3 years: we suggest user to consider our 1-year extend warranty option. During warranty period, repairs are free of charge. Our parts replacing service can be reserved in service center.
- If UPS is in between 3-5 years: we have UPS critical parts in stock, so you can reserve our parts replacing service while it’s needed.
- If UPS is over 5 years: you can compare the cost of parts replacing service and new UPS. Or see our detail replacing guideline.
